I don’t remember when Semisonic first got our very own star on the club’s outside wall, though I spent years looking for it. There’s room for only so many stars, so whenever I walk by the club, I’m relieved to know “Semisonic” hasn’t been painted over and replaced with the name of some upstart band from White Bear Lake.
